PUBLIC PRIVACY POLICY  •  META PLATFORM DATA

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Artificial Inventor collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes personal information, including information processed through Meta/Facebook products, Messenger, the Meta JavaScript SDK, Facebook Login or Graph API features where enabled.

Effective and last updated: August 27, 2026. This policy applies to artificialinventor.ai, Artificial Inventor apps and services, and Artificial Inventor integrations with Meta Platforms.

Who operates Artificial Inventor

Artificial Inventor is a product of Cloud Wash Laundry Corporation ("Artificial Inventor," "we," "us," or "our"). Privacy and data-deletion questions can be sent to support@artificialinventor.ai.

1. Information we collect

Account and contact information

We may collect your email address, invitation or activation information, account identifiers, support correspondence, subscription status, and other information you provide when creating or using an account.

Your content

We process the questions, prompts, invention-journal entries, documents, files, images, and other material you submit so we can provide the requested Artificial Inventor service. We do not claim ownership of your invention content.

Usage and security information

We may process request counts, session or activation identifiers, token/usage totals, timestamps, technical error records, IP addresses in security logs, and similar information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and enforce service limits.

Language and localization

Our site may use browser language, a language preference stored in your browser, and IP-based country or region lookup to select a suitable language. IP-geolocation requests may be processed by third-party geolocation providers.

Payments

When you purchase a subscription or service, payment providers process payment details. We may receive transaction status, amount, date, payment method category, and other records needed for billing and accounting. We do not need to store your full payment-card number.

META / FACEBOOK

Meta Platform Data

If you use a Meta-connected feature, we may receive or process only the data made available through the permissions and features you actually use. Depending on the feature, this may include an app-scoped Meta user ID, basic profile information made available by Meta, Page or account identifiers, Messenger conversation content and metadata, access or permission status, and Graph API results necessary to perform your requested action.

2. Meta/Facebook SDK, Messenger, cookies, and app events

META PLATFORM NOTICE

Artificial Inventor may use Meta technologies such as the Facebook/Meta JavaScript SDK and Messenger chat features. When those features are present, your browser may communicate directly with Meta. Meta may receive technical and interaction information such as IP address, browser/device information, cookie or login status, the page visited, and interactions with Meta features. A page-view or similar app event may be sent to Meta when configured.

Meta's own collection and use of information is governed by Meta's policies. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not use Meta Platform Data to sell personal information, build data-broker profiles, or provide Meta-derived personal information to advertising networks or data brokers.

3. How we use information

4. How Meta Platform Data is used

We use Meta Platform Data only for the purpose for which the user granted access and only as needed to provide the requested Meta-connected functionality. We do not request broader Meta permissions merely because they are available.

We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not transfer Meta Platform Data to data brokers, advertising networks, or other monetization services. We share it only with service providers that are necessary to operate the requested feature, where permitted by Meta's terms and applicable law, or when disclosure is legally required.

If a Meta permission, access token, Page connection, Messenger connection, or other authorization is revoked, we stop using that authorization for future access. Stored Meta-derived data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, when deletion is required by Meta's terms, or when a verified user requests deletion, subject to limited legal-retention obligations.

5. Other service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Artificial Inventor. Categories may include:

We do not sell your invention content or use it as a public disclosure. We do not use invention content to train our own general-purpose models unless we first obtain separate, explicit permission.

6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

Artificial Inventor may use browser storage and cookies for authentication, security, language preference, session state, and similar service functions. A manually selected language may be saved in local storage, and a short-lived language/location result may be saved in session storage. Meta features can also use Meta cookies or similar technologies according to Meta's own policies.

You can control cookies and site storage through your browser. Blocking required storage may affect login, language selection, Messenger, or other features.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with law, and meeting accounting obligations. Different categories may have different retention periods.

Account content is generally retained while your account is active unless you delete it or request deletion. Session, usage, and security records may be retained for a limited period appropriate to abuse prevention, auditing, troubleshooting, and service integrity. Data that must be retained by law may be isolated from ordinary product use and retained only for the required period.

8. Data deletion instructions — including Meta/Facebook data

USER DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your Artificial Inventor account and personal information, including Meta/Facebook Platform Data we hold about you.

  1. Email support@artificialinventor.ai from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" or "Delete my account."
  3. Include enough information for us to locate the account or Meta connection, such as your Artificial Inventor account email and, if relevant, the Facebook/Page/Instagram account or app-scoped identifier involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  4. We may verify your identity before deletion to prevent unauthorized requests.
  5. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the personal information and Meta Platform Data we are not legally required to retain, normally within 30 days, and we will confirm completion by email when practicable.

You may also revoke Artificial Inventor's future access from Facebook by opening Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, locating the relevant Artificial Inventor app, and selecting Remove. Removing the app stops future access through that authorization, but you should still use the deletion request above if you also want data already stored by Artificial Inventor deleted.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise a right, email support@artificialinventor.ai. We may need to verify your identity.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland may also have the right to complain to their local data-protection authority.

10. Legal bases where required

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with you, based on your consent where consent is requested, for legitimate interests such as security and service improvement that are not overridden by your rights, and to comply with legal obligations.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, authentication controls, and measures intended to keep credentials and service secrets out of publicly served files. No networked service can guarantee absolute security.

12. International processing

Artificial Inventor and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms or safeguards for international transfers.

13. Children

Some Artificial Inventor features are designed to be suitable for younger users. A parent or legal guardian should manage a child's account and permissions where required by applicable law. We do not knowingly sell children's personal information or use children's data for targeted advertising.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, Meta integrations, legal requirements, or data practices change. We will post the current version at this same public URL and update the effective date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
